"Hi, I'm Pratik Lahamge, an IT professional at HCL Tech with over 3 years of experience in application support and DevOps support. I specialize in streamlining operations, enhancing system reliability, and automating workflows to drive efficient IT processes. My skill set includes cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools like Grafana, ticketing tools, job monitoring, and deployment."

Hello LinkedIn community!

I'm excited to share that I have embarked on a journey to learn DevOps. As a tech enthusiast, I’m eager to dive into the world of continuous integration, automation, and collaboration.

Why DevOps?

DevOps bridges the gap between development and operations, allowing teams to deliver software faster and more reliably. It focuses on building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What I've Learned So Far:

  1. Core Principles: Understanding the importance of collaboration, automation, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

  2. Tools and Technologies: I've started exploring popular DevOps tools like Git for version control, Jenkins for CI/CD, and Docker for containerization.

  3. Practical Projects: I'm working on small projects to apply what I've learned, such as setting up CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure as code.

Goals for the Future:

  • Master key DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Terraform.

  • Contribute to open-source DevOps projects.

  • Gain hands-on experience by collaborating with teams on real-world projects.

I'm looking forward to connecting with other professionals in the field and learning from your experiences. Feel free to share any tips or resources you find valuable.

Stay tuned for more updates on my DevOps journey!
